Jim and his Horsnell Gully neighbours live in a beautiful part of the Hills. There's a quarry in the area, but it's been there for many years, and they're generally ok with that. But recently the quarry's new owners have announced plans to make huge changes. They want to greatly increase the size of the quarry, work at all hours of the day and night, and even applied to remove a peak that not only provides environmental protection, but maintains the view of the hills face from town. I caught up with Jim to find out what he and his neighbours are doing to find a better alternative for everyone involved.
I also talk to Nairne local, Joshua, about Wednesday's big traffic jam. And we have local news and weather.
